- Acting as a trusted advisor, you support clients in addressing strategic challenges, identify new business opportunities, and drive long-term account development.
- Innovative consulting topics and forward-looking industry trends are translated into compelling client solutions, helping to position the service portfolio of msg industry advisors and the wider msg Group in the market.
- From identifying opportunities and shaping proposals to negotiating contracts and closing deals, you manage the entire sales cycle and contribute directly to our continued growth.
- In addition, you represent msg industry advisors at conferences, industry events, and working groups, support marketing and business development activities, and provide strategic guidance to client projects at project management or steering committee level.

- A degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable field provides the foundation of your professional background.
- Several years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or broader life sciences sector—gained in consulting, industry, or both—have equipped you with a deep understanding of industry processes and market dynamics.
- An established professional network and a proven track record in client development, business development, or project acquisition distinguish your profile.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, experience in selling consulting services, and strong commercial acumen enable you to identify and develop business opportunities successfully.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, combined with confidence in stakeholder interactions, customer focus, initiative, and fluency in German and English, complete your profile.
